Might come across as a dumb question but it's been eating at me the last couple days and thought I'd see others opinion. Arguably on paper, Italy should have an advantage over Argentina in rugby…right? —bigger population, more resources, and a longer history in top-tier competitions like the Six Nations and has club teams in the URC. Yet, Argentina consistently performs better, especially in the Rugby Championship and World Cups. What gives? Is it coaching, player development, rugby culture, or something else? Probably such an easy explanation but feel free to throw it at me cuz I'm super curious as a long time Argentina enjoyer
