The NFL Draft is now just two weeks away. The Jets have many different directions in which they could go with the No. 7 overall pick.
Coming out of the busy part of free agency, the Jets have holes at wide receiver, tight end, right tackle and defensive tackle that are going to require attention either in the draft or by signing free agents after the draft.
The mock drafters have been bouncing largely between the Jets taking Missouri offensive tackle Armand Membou and Penn State tight end Tyler Warren with a few other names thrown in there. It makes sense for the Jets either to take someone to protect new quarterback Justin Fields or give him a playmaker to target. One of Fields’ biggest issues in his career has been sacks. A strong right tackle can help slow down the rush. An elite tight end can give him a quick outlet.
Let’s rank seven players who could be there at No. 7 in the order I would pick them for the Jets.
