The Jets have a few more weeks of spring practices before taking a break and then reporting to training camp at the end of July.
For new coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey, the heavy lifting of roster-building is over. Through free agency and the draft, they have built the roster that is largely going to be the 2025 Jets. There will be some tinkering between now and September, but don’t expect major changes.
The biggest order of business for Glenn and Mougey is now getting contract extensions done for the two Jets stars from the 2022 draft: Sauce Gardner and Garrett Wilson.
Glenn made it clear at the league meetings in March that he wants to get something done.
