Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany wants to sign Vincent Kompany in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. De Bruyne is out of contract at Man City at the end of the season and has already decided that he will leave last season’s Premier League champions.
De Bruyne played with Kompany at Man City, and it has been claimed that the Bayern manager wants the Belgium international midfielder at the Allianz Arena. Arsenal, Chelsea and Aston Villa are among the clubs that are also interested in the 33-year-old, who is a Man City legend and has won the Premier League title six times and the UEFA Champions League once with the Cityzens.
Man City are third in the Premier League table at the moment with 64 points from 35 matches. Pep Guardiola’s side beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Friday evening and will take on Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium in the league on May 10.
