The fighters competing on Saturday’s UFC London: Edwards vs. Brady fight card at the O2 Arena faced off a final time on Friday at the event’s ceremonial weigh-in.
Former welterweight champion Leon Edwards headlines the event taking on No. 5 ranked Sean Brady. Edwards (22-4, 1 NC) lost the welterweight title to Belal Muhammad last July. It was the first loss for “Rocky” in a decade. On Saturday, he’ll be looking to rebound from the loss and put himself in line for another title shot.
Brady (17-1) is riding a two-fight winning streak with his only career loss coming to champion Muhammad. A win over Edwards could result in a title shot in his next outing.
