The UFC 312 fight card features two title fights, including a heated rematch between Dricus du Plessis and Sean Strickland in the main event.

Du Plessis (22-2) won the UFC middleweight title from Strickland via split decision at UFC 297 and nows make his second title defense after defeating Israel Adesanya via fourth-round submission at UFC 305 this past August.

Strickland (29-6) got himself back into title contention with a split decision win over Paulo Costa at UFC 302 this past June.

Zhang Weili makes her third title defense of her UFC strawweight championship when she squares off against Tatiana Suarez in the co-main event.
