Titleholders Leon Edwards and Tom Aspinall had been each on weight for his or her championship defenses at Friday’s official weigh-ins for UFC 304, with Edwards weighing in at 170 kilos for his third welterweight title protection towards rival Belal Muhammad (169), and Aspinall tipping the scales at 251 kilos for his interim heavyweight title protection towards Curtis Blaydes (256).

Each headlining bouts are rematches of anticlimactic fights. Edwards’ first battle with Muhammad resulted in a no-contest resulting from Muhammad being unable to proceed after receiving a watch poke within the second spherical, whereas Aspinall’s first battle with Blaydes resulted in simply 15 seconds when Aspinall suffered a knee harm.

With everybody’s weight on level, the stage is ready for the fighters to settle the rating as soon as and for all.

Of the 28 fighters competing Saturday at Co-op Dwell, all however one efficiently made weight. The lone miss was bantamweight Jake Hadley, who steps in on lower than two weeks’ discover for Ramon Taveras to battle Caolan Loughran. Hadley, who usually competes within the flyweight division, weighed in at 137 kilos, one pound over the restrict for a non-title bantamweight bout.
