Vice Golf has never been afraid to throw some noodles (or more accurately paint) to see what sticks.
Case in point, this pretty wild Vice Pro Galaxy, which, as far as I know, is the only golf ball with a mostly purple urethane cover.
I say mostly because as part of Vice’s hot-selling Drip series, the apparently two-tone purple is accented with drips of white paint.
Recently re-stocked, it’s likely this Vice Special Edition golf ball will sell out reasonably fast.
Who wants Purple?
While the Vice Pro Galaxy may prove to be our putter guy’s (Dave Wolfe) favorite golf ball ever, I’m not sure the golf world as a whole is ready to embrace the purple rain approach to a golf ball.
That said, part of the allure of Vice is the company’s bold approach to pretty much everything it does. With that, some things are going to be polarizing, but at least you have options.
An excellent performer in the high-compression space, the Vice Pro is currently available in White, Neon Lime, Drip Red Blue, Drip Lime, Shade Orange Red, and of course, Galaxy Drip.

Retail price for the Vice Pro Galaxy is $39.99/dozen. If you buy in bulk, 3 dozen are $35.99 and 6 dozen are $32.99.
