Callaway’s latest release, the Elyte series, aims to push driver and fairway wood performance forward with new materials, aerodynamic shaping and AI-driven design. The goal is more speed, better launch conditions and greater consistency. Do these clubs live up to their name? We’re looking for four golfers in the U.S. to test and review the Elyte driver and fairway wood to find out.
Key features
Elyte Driver
Aerodynamic head shape: Callaway has reworked airflow dynamics to reduce drag and increase clubhead speed, particularly near the hosel and rear.
Thermoforged carbon crown: Lighter materials allow for a lower center of gravity, aiming to reduce spin and increase ball speed.
10X AI Face Technology: Uses thousands of control points to optimize ball speed and dispersion across the face.
Elyte Fairway Wood
Tungsten Speed Wave: A 35-gram weight positioned forward to enhance ball speed, particularly on low-face strikes.
Step Sole Design: Reduces turf interaction by minimizing sole contact, allowing for more consistent contact.
10X AI Face: Engineered to provide improved performance across a larger portion of the clubface.

What you’ll be testing
Selected testers will receive both the Elyte driver and fairway wood. Over a six-week period, testers will evaluate these clubs on looks, performance, forgiveness and overall playability. You’ll provide feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, interacting with the MyGolfSpy community throughout the process. How do these clubs compare to your current setup? Does the AI-driven design actually improve consistency? We want to hear it all.
