That is the Eighth week of our summer season cross-country mileage program, which will get you into form a bit of extra every day. That is for August 26, 2024, Day 1 of Week 8.

Week 8, Day 1, Summer time Mileage Program

Welcome to the second day within the seventh week of the 2024 Summer time Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks till mid-September.

Our aim is to construct you into a robust cross-country runner. 

This week is week eight. Your trip is over. Now’s the time to construct constant constructing blocks to being one powerful cross-country runner. We need to assist all 560,000 girls and boys in highschool cross nation! We adore it! You’re getting stronger each day! 

At the moment is Monday, August 26, 2024.

It’s Monday.

It is a reasonable day.

Heat up, run 45-55 minutes, and end with 4 occasions 150m stride outs!

Then quiet down effectively and hydrate.
