Week 4, Day 2, Summer time Mileage Program
Welcome to the second day and fourth week of the 2024 Summer time Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks till mid-September.
Our aim is to construct you into a powerful cross-country runner.
This week is week 4. Your trip is over. Now’s the time to construct constant constructing blocks to being one robust cross-country runner. We wish to assist all 560,000 girls and boys in highschool cross nation! We like it!
The hills are our secret sauce, plain and easy.
Anyway, you do hills, and it’ll make you stronger. Nevertheless, we advise a tough day/straightforward day.
