That is the seventh week of our summer time cross-country mileage program, which will get you into form slightly extra every day. That is for August 25, 2024, Day 7 of Week 7.

Week 7, Day 7, Summer season Mileage Program

Welcome to the second day within the seventh week of the 2024 Summer season Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks till mid-September.

Our objective is to construct you into a powerful cross-country runner. 

This week is week seven. Your trip is over. Now could be the time to construct constant constructing blocks to being one powerful cross-country runner. We wish to assist all 560,000 girls and boys in highschool cross nation! We adore it! You might be getting stronger each day!

It’s Sunday.
