Warriors star Steph Curry has revealed that he would consider a role in television after he retires from the NBA.

The 37-year-old spoke about it in an exclusive interview with CNBC’s Alex Sherman.

“Oh, for sure,” Curry told Sherman. “I’ve seen guys go through it, a lot of ex-NBA guys who are behind the booth now, whether it’s commentating, in-studio – you’ve seen what Tom Brady is doing in the NFL, Draymond [Green] already has his path set up.”

Steph added, “I will be more patient, I think, about what will be the right opportunity for me, because anything I do, I want to be all in on it,” Curry told Sherman. “And right now, just doing your homework on the different pathways and opportunities that might be available.”

In the same interview, Curry says he may also go down the route of being a minority owner of an NBA team, like Michael Jordan did with the Hornets.

“He might be the only one in our generation who has sat in that seat and done it that way,” Curry told CNBC. “The idea of being a part of an ownership group and the right opportunity that allows me to have an impact on how a franchise should be operated — how you’re going after true winning, like we’ve done here with the Warriors — that’s something I’m excited about pursuing. It’s interesting. Obviously, as an active player, you can’t.”

Curry also mentioned pursuing his talents in golf.

One thing is clear, Steph is not 100 percent sure what he would like to do when he finally rides off into the sunset, making it seem like that is a little ways off.

At least that’s what Warriors fans are hoping!
