Worldwide crew captain Mike Weir named Japan’s Shigeki Maruyama as his fifth and remaining assistant for this yr’s Presidents Cup showdown towards the US in Montreal.

The 2024 version of the biennial competitors, which pits a 12-man U.S. crew towards a lineup of worldwide gamers from outdoors Europe, can be performed Sept. 26-29 at The Royal Montreal Golf Membership.
