Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim is keen on a deal for Victor Osimhen in the summer transfer window, according to GiveMeSport. Osimhen is on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli at the moment, and Amorim wants United to get a deal done for him for next season and beyond.
“GMS sources have been informed that Manchester United have begun making plans to hold negotiations over Osimhen, who has been in prolific form during his time in the Turkish Super Lig with Galatasaray, despite an awareness that he will have a lucrative price tag and seek a pay package which would push their revised wage structure to the limit,” states the report.
Osimhen has a release clause of £63million in his contract for the summer of 2025. Juventus are also interested in the 26-year-old Nigeria international striker, who has scored 17 goals and given five assists in 23 matches in all competitions during his loan spell at Galatasaray so far.
