A women’s flyweight bout between former two-time strawweight champion Rose Namajunas (13-7) and Miranda Maverick (15-5) serves as the UFC on ESPN 69 co-main event on June 14 in Atlanta.
Namajunas has gone 2-2 since moving to the flyweight division in 2023 and looks to rebound from a decision loss to No. 4 ranked Erin Blanchfield. The 32-year-old is ranked No. 7 in the 125-pound weight class.
Maverick will make the walk to the octagon inside State Farm Arena riding a four-fight winning streak. She’s won six of her last seven fights and sits at No. 11 in the strawweight rankings. A win over Namajunas would be the biggest win of her career.

Namajunas first captured UFC gold at UFC 217 in November 2017. She stopped the seemingly unbeatable Joanna Jędrzejczyk. She defended the strawweight championship in a rematch with Jedrzejczyk before losing to Jessica Andrade.
Namajuans won back the 115-pound title by knockout out current champion Zhang Weili at UFC 261 in April 2021. She successfully defend the belt in a rematch with Weili. After losing the title to Carla Esparza, Namajunas opted to move up to the flyweight division.
