Burley believes Micky van de Ven is the signing of the season

Burley lauded Van de Ven as a possible Signing of the Season, noting his excellent performances every time he’s performed. Regardless of some hamstring points, he has confirmed to be a superb addition to the staff.

When evaluating him to different potential candidates like Alexis Mac Allister and Cole Palmer, Burley emphasised Van de Ven’s worth for cash, suggesting that his impression on the staff makes him a worthy contender, even higher than the opposite two.

Talking on ESPN FC Additional Time on Youtube, the pundit acknowledged:

“You’ve picked Mac Allister, you picked Palmer, for worth for cash I’m going to say Van de Ven.”
