Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Gavi from Barcelona in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Ligue 1 giants PSG are willing to pay €80million in transfer fees for the Spain international midfielder.
Gavi is one of the best young midfielders in the world and has been on the books of Barcelona since 2015. The 20-year-old Spain international came through Barcelona’s La Masia youth system and has established himself in the first team. The youngster has scored nine goals and given 17 assists in 135 matches in all competitions for Barcelona so far in his career.
PSG are at the top of the Ligue 1 table at the moment with 62 points from 24 matches, 15 points clear of second-placed Marseille. Meanwhile, Barcelona currently find themselves at the top of the La Liga table with 57 points from 26 matches, a point clear of second-placed Atletico Madrid.
