O’Ward declared St. Petersburg winner following Penske disqualifications

In a shock announcement Wednesday, IndyCar introduced that Workforce Penske has been assessed penalties following a problem with the staff’s “Push to Cross” system found throughout morning warmup on Sunday in Lengthy Seaside.
