World no.1 Novak Djokovic secured a 7-5, 6-1 win as he beat Tallon Griekspoor to maneuver into the semi-finals of the Gonet Geneva Open in 77 minutes on Thursday.

The 37-year-old Serbian star served at 4-5, 0/40, a recreation throughout which he fended off 4 set factors. He managed to interrupt his opponent within the eleventh recreation and served it out to shut the topsy-turvy first set.

“Nice win.
