Newcastle United are interested in signing Bilal El Khannouss from Leicester City in the summer transfer window, according to CaughtOffSide. The report has claimed that Wolverhampton Wanderers, Fulham and Aston Villa are also keen on a summer deal for El Khannouss.
El Khannouss has been on the books of Leicester since the summer of 2024 when he joined from Genk. The attacking midfielder has scored three goals and provided six assists in 35 matches in all competitions for the Foxes so far in his career.
Leicester will play in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League. Meanwhile, Newcastle currently find themselves fourth in the Premier League table with 63 points from 35 matches. The Magpies have won the Carabao Cup as well this season and will be determined to qualify for the UEFA Champions League for the 2025-26 campaign.
