Newcastle United are interested in signing Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus in the summer transfer window, according to TuttoJuve. The report in the Italian news outlet has revealed that Newcastle are ‘the only club to have shown a real will to deepen the discussion in the summer’.
Vlahovic is out of contract at Juventus in the summer of 2026, and there does not seem to be any desire for the striker to take a pay-cut and sign a new deal. Vlahovic earns €12 million per season, and if he is to stay at Juventus Stadium beyond his current deal, then the Italian club would want him to sign a new contract on less salary.
The striker has scored nine goals and given four assists in 20 starts and five substitute appearances in Serie A so far this season. Vlahovic found the back of the net four times and gave one assist in six starts and three substitute appearances in the UEFA Champions League for the Bianconeri in the 2024-25 campaign.
