The NFL launched the offseason voluntary exercise schedule for all 32 groups on Friday.

The nine-week voluntary offseason exercise applications are “supposed to offer coaching, educating and bodily conditioning for gamers.”

The New York Giants’ dates are listed under:

First Day: April 15

OTA Offseason Exercises: Could 20-21, Could 23, Could 28-29, Could 31, June 3-4, June 6-7

Obligatory Minicamp: June 11-13

The exercise interval consists of three phases, as outlined by Article 21 of the Collective Bargaining Settlement:

Part One consists of the primary two weeks of this system with actions restricted to conferences, power and conditioning, and bodily rehabilitation solely.

Part Two consists of the following three weeks of this system. On-field exercises might embrace particular person or group instruction and drills, in addition to “excellent play drills,” and drills and performs with offensive gamers lining up throughout from offensive gamers and defensive gamers lining up throughout from defensive gamers, carried out at a walk-through tempo.
