Napoli are interested in signing Kim Min-jae from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The Serie A club sold Kim to the Bundesliga outfit in the summer of 2023 and are ready to re-sign him.
Kim starred for Napoli in the 2022-23 campaign. The South Korea international centre-back helped the Italian club win Serie A that campaign. The defender was expected to be a massive success at Bayern, but he has made mistakes in defence in the UEFA Champions League.
The Bavarian giants are reportedly ready to sell Kim this summer and are want at least €40 million for him. Napoli are monitoring the 28-year-old star’s situation and believe that he would be a good fit into their system.
Napoli are at the top of the Serie A table at the moment with 74 points from 34 matches, three points clear of second-placed and defending champions Inter Milan. Meanwhile, Bayern currently find themselves at the top of the Bundesliga standings with 75 points from 31 games, eight points clear of second-placed and Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen.
