Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis lately expressed his discontent, deeming it unfair for Juventus to take part within the subsequent Membership World Cup if Napoli fails to qualify. Napoli’s likelihood to take part within the competitors is dependent upon their capability to remove Barcelona from the Champions League, whereas Juventus may safe a spot based mostly on their historic efficiency in European competitions, regardless of not being in Europe this time period.

De Laurentiis believes it lacks logic for Juventus to partake within the Membership World Cup whereas Napoli doesn’t, and he has hinted at using authorized measures to make sure Napoli’s inclusion over Juventus.

Responding to De Laurentiis’ remarks, Napoli’s authorized representatives have asserted that the membership president doesn’t make such statements with out critical intent.

Lawyer Mattia Grassani stated, as quoted by Calciomercato:

“If De Laurentiis spoke about Juve’s unfair participation within the World Cup, he is aware of what he’s saying.”

Including: “If there may be purpose to sue? If there may be fats? The president hardly prepares a barbecue with out the perfect Florentine to placed on it, precisely like that convention regarding the brokers, with phrases very sturdy”.

Juve FC Says

De Laurentiis is obsessive about Juventus and must be extra centered on guaranteeing Napoli defeats Barcelona in Spain and attain the quarterfinals of the Champions League.

There are set guidelines and codecs for these items, and it doesn’t make sense that De Laurentiis desires to trigger confusion for everybody concerned.
