The Mexico boss carried out down the incident, saying it was not worth talking about.

“They [Honduras] deserved to win, they’ve been larger than us in areas,” said Aguirre.

“I’ve purchased nothing left nevertheless to congratulate them, and properly, to aim to hold my crew’s spirit.

“The other issue, there’s no stage in even mentioning it because of properly it’s soccer, I’m not one to complain.”

The Mexican soccer federation condemned the behaviour, saying in an announcement that it had “no place in our sport”.

The assertion added: “We demand that Concacaf takes quick and decisive movement to take care of this matter.

“Soccer should be a celebration, not a battleground.”

Concacaf echoed the sentiment and confirmed the incident is perhaps referred to its disciplinary committee.

“The security of the teams and followers is a priority for Concacaf. These type of violent behaviors haven’t anywhere in soccer.”

Mexico is perhaps hoping to beat the 2-0 deficit on Tuesday as soon as they as soon as extra meet Honduras throughout the return leg with a spot throughout the Nations League semi-finals subsequent 12 months up for grabs.
