When did you first decide up a golf membership..
I will need to have been about eight or 9 after I first had a swing. I had a membership – will need to have been my dad’s I assume – and I took it as much as the enjoying fields at my faculty with half-a-dozen balls and simply hit them backwards and forwards.
I joined my first golf membership, Catterick, after I was about 12. It’s proper by Catterick Garrison military camp in North Yorkshire. I used to get dropped off on the membership in the summertime holidays and me and three different mates would spend six weeks enjoying golf each day.
It’s an effective way to spend 4 or 5 hours with your folks when you may have all that point in your arms, as we did as youngsters again then.
I’m a member at Wetherby Golf Membership now, so I haven’t strayed too far!
