Manchester United are interested in signing James Trafford from Burnley in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. Man United are looking for a new goalkeeper, and the Premier League giants have made enquiries about a summer deal for Trafford.
Trafford is one of the best young goalkeepers in the English leagues and has been superb for Burnley so far this season. The Clarets are third in the Championship table at the moment with 78 points from 38 matches, two points behind Leeds United and Sheffield United, who are first and second respectively in the standings. The 22-year-old has played a huge role in that, keeping 26 clean sheets in 37 Championship appearances.
Andre Onana has not been great for Man United and has made mistakes, while Altay Bayindir has committed errors when he has stepped in. The Red Devils are keen on bringing in a new goalkeeper and are now said to be actively pursuing a deal for Trafford.
