Liverpool are interested in signing Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. The report has claimed that the Premier League giants have asked about the possibility of bringing the Slovenia international striker to Anfield.

TBR has reported that a number of other clubs are also keen on a deal for Sesko, who has scored 17 goals and given five assists in 34 matches in all competitions so far this season. While Arsenal and Chelsea are leading the race for the 21-year-old Slovenia international striker, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Aston Villa are also keen on him.

Liverpool manager Arne Slot could reportedly sign a number nine this summer, and it has been claimed that Sesko is one of his top targets. While Sesko has a release clause of around £58 million that could increase baed on his performance, Leipzig will reportedly not demand it in full “as long as the price tag and overall deal is deemed to be suitable”.
