The Las Vegas Raiders began the 2025 NFL Draft by taking one of the most coveted skill position players in recent memory, landing Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty with the No. 6 overall pick. Jeanty is obviously the headline of the draft class, but the Raiders also added 10 other rookies as the team tries to infuse talent in all phases.
The Raiders added players at seven different positions during the full draft — including Jeanty — but below, we’ll focus on the 10 players selected by Las Vegas after the Heisman runner-up.
Raiders’ Day 2 and 3 Draft Picks on Offense
The Raiders followed up the Jeanty pick by staying with skill positions on the offensive side of the football. With the No. 58 overall pick — 26th in the second round — the Raiders selected wide receiver Jack Bech from TCU.
Bech played two years at LSU and two years at TCU, finishing his senior season with a team-leading 62 catches for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns. He was named to the second team All-Big 12.
Las Vegas’ next offensive draft picks came back-to-back at No. 98 and 99 overall towards the end of the third round. They picked two offensive linemen, Texas Tech tackle Caleb Rogers and William & Mary tackle Charles Grant.
Rogers and Grant played the 2024 season on opposite sides of the line, with Rogers on the right side and Grant on the left. Rogers is seen as potentially a guard as well, although it seems unlikely for either to have a starting spot on the offensive line unless one or both have a strong training camp.
The Raiders began the fourth round — No. 108 overall — by adding another wide receiver, Tennessee’s Dont’e Thornton Jr. Thornton is a big-play wide receiver who led all FBS players in 2025 with 25.4 yards per catch.
Finally, with picks 213 and 215 in the sixth round, the Raiders added one more receiver in Montana State’s Tommy Mellott and quarterback Cam Miller out of North Dakota State.

Raiders’ Day 2 and 3 Draft Picks on Defense
The Raiders’ first defensive player selected came at the top of the third round at No. 68 overall. They landed Iowa State CB Darien Porter, who had a six-year college career, including a redshirt freshman year, and a switch from wide receiver to defensive back.
He was an honorable mention for the All-Big 12 Conference teams in 2024.
At picks 135 and 180, the Raiders selected two defensive tackles. South Carolina’s Tonka Hemingway and Ole Miss’ JJ Pegues — who finished third team All-SEC — were taken in the fifth and sixth rounds, respectively.
Finally, the Raiders finished their draft in the seventh round by taking Minnesota linebacker Cody Lindenberg, who finished first team all-Big 10.
