Toronto Raptors Governor and Chairman of Maple Leaf Sports activities & Leisure (MLSE) Larry Tanenbaum has been re-elected as Chairman of the NBA Board of Governors.
Tanenbaum has been Governor of the Raptors since 1998 and holds the identical title with the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs and MLS’ Toronto FC. As Chairman of MLSE, Tanenbaum has been acknowledged for his contributions within the areas of philanthropy, enterprise and volunteerism. In 2007, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada, the best civilian award within the nation’s honours system.
