Juventus are interested in signing Nuno Tavares in the summer transfer window, according to TuttoJuve. Lazio are set to sign Tavares on a permanent deal from Arsenal, but Juventus are keen on bringing him to Juventus Stadium this summer.
Tavares joined Arsenal from Benfica in 2021, but the left-back has failed to establish himself in the North London outfit’s first team. The Portugal international defender had loan spells at Marseille and Nottingham Forest before he joined Lazio on a season-long loan deal in the summer of 2024.
The left-back has provided nine assists in 28 appearances for Lazio so far this season. Marco Baroni’s side are sixth in the Serie A table at the moment with 59 points from 33 matches, just a point behind fourth-placed Bologna. Tavares has made 28 appearances for Arsenal so far in his career, scoring one goal and providing two assists in the process.
