‘Jean gonna be humbled’: Fans react to Jean Silva’s trash talk ahead of Bryce Mitchell fight at UFC 314

Jean Silva is talking a big game ahead of UFC 314, and it’s certainly getting a reaction.

This Saturday, Silva takes on Bryce Mitchell in the featured main card bout at UFC 314. It’s a matchup “Lord” called for after Mitchell’s heinous comments about Adolf Hitler, and one he’s done his best to promote, even bringing a globe to the UFC 314 press conference (Mitchell is also an avowed flat Earth conspiracy theorist).

The controversy surrounding Mitchell and the animosity between the two has Saturday’s feature bout as one of the most anticipated of the month, and earlier this week, Silva went so far as to call it “the people’s main event,” saying he’s “carrying this event” on his back.

But for as much as one might think Silva is the babyface heading into Saturday, his brashness is already rubbing some fans the wrong way, with one fan even noting Silva needs to deliver this weekend or face “irredeemable shame.”

Check out some of the best fan reactions to Silva’s comments and the upcoming battle with Mitchell this weekend.
