The tennis world watched Jannik Sinner create wonder down under.

Now, world No. 1 Sinner is sharing the amazing story behind his successful Australian Open title defense.

More: Sinner and Cahill to Part After 2025

The three-time Grand Slam champion has launched the Jannik Sinner YouTube channel.

Episode one lifts the curtain on how Sinner responded from illness and a physical four-set win over 13th-seeded Holger Rune in the AO fourth round.

In his hotel room the next morning, Sinner shows resiliency and shares the off-day plan: light-hitting, some stretching, getting his six Head racquets re-strung and signing some photos for his affable Aussie driver.

It’s a high-quality video look at how a champion manages his time, body, energy and emotion while trying to peak for final Sunday.

Remarkably, Sinner seems most relaxed the day before he faced Alexander Zverev in the final.

“Trying also to enjoy these moments because they are very rare days,” Sinner tells the camera during his drive back to the hotel. “Playing the final of a Grand Slam it’s always special.

“So let’s take it easy today and then tomorrow is a different day. Tomorrow is the day where it counts the most.”

Solidifying his status as hard-court king, Sinner shredded Alexander Zverev 6-3, 7-6(4), 6-3 In the Australian Open final successfully defending his AO championship with command.

It was Sinner’s career-best 21st consecutive victory—he has not lost since bowing to Carlos Alcaraz in the Beijing final last fall—and his 21st straight Grand Slam hard-court victory.

Three very cool moments from Sinner’s first video that stand out:

*The eruption of emotion after match point, when Sinner’s entire team embraces in a group hug. You see how profoundly special this moment is for all.

*Hours after claiming his third major crown a beaming Sinner holds the trophy in his hotel room and reflects on personal meaning.

“I always say that success is also a way to say thank you to all the people who help you achieve this..” Sinner says. “It’s amazing because people only see what we do on court. But off court is what really matters where you build your life for the future. I mean, these days are rare.”

*Throughout the video, Sinner consistently fist-bumps the videographer, a very classy touch, and a way of acknowledging the camera person’s work as well.
