For the final round of the 2025 Guinness Women’s Six Nations, Italy will face winless Wales in a rearranged fixture taking place on Sunday 27th April, at Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi in Parma.

For the home side, the bulk of the match day squad remains the same as last week- a front row of Silvia Turani, Vittoria Vecchini and Sara Seye retain their places.

In the second row, Giordana Duca partners Sara Tounesi, while in the back row, Beatrice Veronese shifts to blindside flanker, Francesca Sgorbini at open side and captain Elisa Giordano at number eight.

The back three remains unchanged, with Vittoria Ostuni Minuzzi at full-back and Aura Muzzo and Alyssa D’Incà on the wings.

Sara Mannini is once again preferred to Beatrice Rigoni at inside centre, and will start alongside Michela Sillari, whilst Sofia Stefan and Veronica Madia partner in the half-backs.

Keira Bevan returns at scrum-half, with Lleucu George at fly-half. Jasmine Joyce continues at full-back, with Lisa Neumann and Carys Cox named on the wings.

In the front row, Donna Rose is set for her first start of the Championship, alongside hooker Kelsey Jones and loosehead Gwenllian Pyrs.

Gwen Crabb partners Abbie Fleming in the second row, while Georgia Evans shifts to number eight. She is joined by flankers Bethan Lewis and Kate Williams.
