Indiana falls to a No. 5 seed, ten Massive Ten groups in area in newest ESPN bracketology – Contained in the Corridor

The newest ESPN bracketology for the 2025 NCAA event was launched Tuesday and Joe Lunardi has ten Massive Ten groups in his mock area.

Within the newest projections, Indiana is a No. 5 seed reverse McNeese State within the Midwest Area. Within the June bracketology, the Hoosiers have been a No. 4 seed within the South Area.

In his earlier projections in mid-June, Lunardi had 9 Massive Ten groups slated to make the 2025 NCAA event. The Massive Ten is including Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington for the 2024-25 season.

The 9 Massive Ten groups in Lunardi’s area past IU are Purdue (No. 4 seed), UCLA (No. 6 seed), Michigan State (No. 7 seed), Illinois (No. 7 seed), Michigan (No. 8 seed), Ohio State (No. 8 seed), Rutgers (No. 10 seed), Maryland (No. 11 seed) and Oregon (No. 11 seed).

A number of Massive Ten groups are listed within the “first 4 out” or “subsequent 4 out” classes. Nebraska is listed within the “first 4 out” with USC, Iowa and Wisconsin within the “subsequent 4 out.”

The No. 1 seeds are Kansas, Alabama, Houston and UConn.

Indiana overhauled its roster in April and Might through the switch portal. The Hoosiers added 5 transfers within the spring – Myles Rice (Washington State), Kanaan Carlyle (Stanford), Oumar Ballo (Arizona), Luke Goode (Illinois) and Langdon Hatton (Bellarmine).

Indiana additionally signed five-star McDonald’s All-American Bryson Tucker.

On Tuesday, the Hoosiers crammed their closing roster spot with South Carolina State large man Dallas James.

The Hoosiers lately accomplished an eight-week low season program in Bloomington and now have a while off earlier than the beginning of the autumn semester. Lessons start on Monday, August 26.

The SEC has 10 groups projected to make the 2025 area, based on Lunardi. The Massive 12 has 9 and the ACC and Massive East every have six.
