Indiana freshman Mackenzie Mgbako will return to high school subsequent season.

A local of Gladstone, New Jersey, the 6-foot-8 wing averaged 12.2 factors, 4.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists for the Hoosiers in the course of the 2023-24 season.

Mgbako was named the Massive Ten’s co-freshman of the 12 months. He’s Indiana’s second straight Massive Ten freshman of the 12 months after Jalen Hood-Schifino gained the award final season.

Initially a Duke signee within the 2023 class, Mgbako reopened his recruitment within the spring of 2023 and selected Indiana over Kansas.
