Jake Paul plans on collaborating within the 2028 Olympics for boxing.

Workforce USA’s lone medal on this 12 months’s Olympics for boxing got here courtesy of Omari Jones, who received a bronze medal after shedding to Uzbekistan’s Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev within the semifinals of the lads’s welterweight division in Paris.

Paul, an honorary coach for Workforce USA, deemed the outcome a theft.

“Absolute theft. Omari Jones received each spherical of that battle with ease. Can’t imagine boxing typically… sh*ts an actual disgrace.”

Can’t imagine boxing typically… shits an actual disgrace.

— Jake Paul (@jakepaul) August 6, 2024

Paul introduced that he has now added an Olympic gold medal in boxing to the listing of his targets.

“I’m going to enter the 2028 Olympics for boxing in Los Angeles,” Paul mentioned on his YouTube channel. “I’m sick and uninterested in ready for one more gold (medal) for Workforce USA. I’m not retiring. I most likely simply added a few years onto my boxing profession due to that. Los Angeles, United States, sick as f*ck. I’m going to do it, why not? 2028 Olympics, you heard it right here first, Gold medal, you’re mine, brother.”

In his most up-to-date outing, Paul (10-1) stopped Mike Perry in Spherical 6 of their cruiserweight battle in July. His subsequent task comes Nov. 15 in opposition to boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Earlier than he aspires to chase Olympic gold, Paul needs to appreciate a championship in boxing first.

“Being a world champion is firstly, after which second is a gold medal,” Paul mentioned.
