Players using Nippon Shaft products have won three consecutive tournaments on the DP World Tour – a three-peat of sorts for the Japan-based shaft company.

Laurie Canter won the Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship at Royal Golf Club in the Kingdom of Bahrain, using N.S.PRO MODUS³ TOUR120 steel shafts in his irons. He shot 14-under par with round of 68-69-68-69—274, earning €408,869 for his 2nd career DP World Tour win.

A week earlier Spaniard Alejandro Del Ray notched his maiden DP World Tour victory when he used N.S.PRO MODUS³ TOUR steel shafts in his irons to win the Ras Al Khaimah Championship at Al Hamra GC in the United Arab Emirates by four shots.

The Arizona State graduate shot 22-under par with rounds of 68-66-66-66—266 and took home €406,373.

Englishman and three-time European Ryder Cup team member  Tyrrell Hatton used N.S. PRO MODUS³ TOUR120 steel shafts in his irons to win the Hero Dubai Classic at Emirates GC in the United Arab Emirates. He shot a 15-under total of 273 with rounds of 71-65-68-69 to win by one.

“Nippon Shaft would like to congratulate the winners of the last three DP World Tour events,” said Hiro Fukuda, sales and marketing for Nippon Shaft. “A multiple Ryder Cup team member, an up-and-coming first-time winner and a respected veteran all showed confidence in our products, which are designed for anyone who desires to get the best out of their games.”

Nippon Shaft products are available globally either as stock or custom shafts in many of the world’s top iron brands.  In addition, Nippon Shaft products are available through Nippon Shaft’s dedicated global club fitter network.  Details of these can be found at www.nipponshaft.com
