Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane is ready to return to the Premier League in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that the former Tottenham Hotspur star’s preferred club to join are Liverpool.
Kane has been on the books of Bayern since the summer of 2023 when he joined from Tottenham. The 31-year-old England international striker has been a superb success for the Bavarian giants, scoring 76 goals and providing 23 assists in 82 matches in all competitions despite having injury issues at times.
Liverpool are looking for a new striker this summer. With Darwin Nunez misfiring and likely to leave at the end of the season, Reds manager Arne Slot is keen on bringing in a new frontman. The Merseyside club are 12 points clear at the top of the Premier League table at the moment, but they are already out of the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup and recently lost to Newcastle United in the final of the Carabao Cup.
