BRAVE Combat Federation continues to expand its roster with world-class talent as the organization has signed Georgian star Lasha Abramishvili to a multi-fight deal.
A top-ranked Bantamweight in Europe and a regional MMA champion, Lasha has already made his mark in BRAVE Combat Federation. He made his promotional debut at BRAVE CF 85 with a dominant finish against Magomed Idrisov. Following this victory, he secured another dominant decision win on the regional circuit before signing with the most global MMA organization.
Currently on a five-fight winning streak, Lasha has gone the distance only once in his career and boasts eight knockout victories, showcasing the danger he brings to the division.
His signing also highlights BRAVE CF’s continued commitment to Georgian fighters. Names like Ilia Topuria, Guram Kutateladze, Bidzina Gavashelishvili, and Raul Tutarauli have all made their mark in the organization, yet Georgia is still awaiting its first BRAVE CF World Champion.
Raul Tutarauli recently had a shot at the Lightweight title but fell short. With Raul and Bidzina both in contention to become Georgia’s first World Champion in BRAVE CF, Lasha’s addition to the roster guarantees exciting times for Georgian MMA.
Lasha’s entry into the Bantamweight division is also bound to make waves. The division currently has a new champion in Nicholas Hwende, who is set to defend his title against Borislav Nikolic. Meanwhile, former champion Nkosi Ndebele, along with contenders Hamza Kooheji, Khurshed Nazarov, and Velimurad Alkhasov, are all in the title race, making the division more competitive than ever.
