Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and De’Andre Hunter will all try to play in Game 3 against the Indiana Pacers, sources told Joe Vardon of The Athletic.
All three players are listed as questionable.
Garland has missed the last four games with a sprained toe.
Mobley has been out with a sprained ankle, with Hunter suffering from a sprained thumb.
“They participated in the walk-through and we’re hoping for the best,” Kenny Atkinson said. “I think it’s frustrating for all of us, right? It’s no indictment on anybody, it’s just, injuries are a tough thing and you don’t really know unless you experience it yourself.”
Sources add that while the swelling in Hunter’s thumb has gone down, Mobley and Garland are moving as if they’re trying to play through a leg injury.
The Cavs are down 2-0 in the series.
