After Carlos Alcaraz defeated Daniil Medvedev in straight units on Tuesday night within the China Open semi-finals, one thing humorous occurred.
Medvedev, who had misplaced, lined his mouth and started whispering to Alcaraz. The 28-year-old gestured to his chest, then his hair. Alcaraz discovered it hilarious and cracked up.
