Dana White has 37 years to live.
That’s according to his personal health guru Gary Brecka, who advertises himself as a human biologist and biohaker. Brecka became a well-known figure in the world of MMA when he diagnosed the UFC big boss with just 10 years to live, so adding 27 years onto that lifespan ain’t bad.
Brecka discussed giving White the initial diagnosis with FOX News in a recent interview.
“Yes. It’s over 37,” Brecka said of White’s lifespan these days. “I happen to know that.”
“So this wasn’t just from a DNA test,” he explained. “That sort of got mismanaged in the media that I put a cheek swab in his mouth and I could tell how long he had to live. You basically take several years of medical records, ten years if you can get them. And you feed these into a model, and you also look at lifestyle factors.”
“I didn’t even go through his labs,” Brecka continued. “I just sat down and I told him every symptom that he was experiencing, some of which I knew he hadn’t even shared with the outside world. And then I told him how it started, how it was now, and where it was going to be in six months to a year, so that he would believe that the data that I was looking at in the labs was his destiny, which was very truthful.”
“As accurately as possible reconstructed his probabilistic model and told him, it’s 10.4 years.”
Brecka may have given White the wake-up call, but it was White that put in the work to alter his fate.
“He changed everything,” Brecka said. “He had the chef at the UFC changing everything to keto. He had a keto chef at home. He threw all the stuff out in his cabinet. That’s what he ate on the plane. That’s what he ate at the office. That’s what he ate when he went home.”
He also followed Gary’s lifestyle protocol which involves hot sauna, cold plunges, red light therapy, and grounding.
“To his credit, he was militant. I think he was really frightened.”
