Chelsea are gearing up for another big summer in the transfer market — and this time, their sights are firmly set on Real Madrid’s dynamic winger, Rodrygo Goes.

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, the Blues are exploring a potential deal for the 24-year-old Brazilian, who has steadily become a key figure for Los Blancos since arriving from Santos in 2019. With 116 goal contributions in 261 appearances, Rodrygo’s influence has been pivotal in Madrid’s recent success, including two Champions League and three La Liga titles.

Rodrygo’s Versatility a Major Draw

Rodrygo isn’t just a winger — he’s an all-around attacking threat. While naturally thriving on the left, he has been deployed predominantly on the right by Carlo Ancelotti and has even led the line when needed. This adaptability is precisely what makes him so appealing to clubs across Europe.

This season alone, he has racked up 22 goal contributions in under 3,000 minutes — a testament to his consistency and impact.

Chelsea vs Liverpool: The Battle for Rodrygo

Chelsea’s pursuit of Rodrygo comes with stiff competition. Liverpool are also monitoring the forward, especially with Mohamed Salah’s future in limbo. The Reds see Rodrygo as a potential successor to their Egyptian talisman.

However, Chelsea are reportedly ready to go all in. With Champions League qualification on the horizon under Enzo Maresca, a leading role at Stamford Bridge and a reported €100 million bid could be enough to tempt Rodrygo away from Madrid.

This could be one of the summer’s biggest transfer sagas — and Chelsea fans will be watching closely.
