‘Jadon Sancho needs to leave Chelsea for his own sake – do you want to be a player who comes on sometimes, or one who plays every week? He’s good enough to play every week’ Former Blues star explains why loanee has been outshone by another wide man

Arsenal are confident of signing Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad in the summer transfer window, according to Football Transfers. The report has claimed that the Spain international midfielder’s will fly to London this week to hold further discussions with Arsenal officials.

The report has claimed that Arsenal are ready to double Zubimendi’s wages in an effort to convince him to move to the Emirates Stadium. However, the problem that the North London club are facing is persuading the Spaniard to leave his homely surroundings and move abroad.

“While Arsenal can offer Champions League football, a significant pay rise, and a key role in Mikel Arteta’s midfield, Zubimendi’s hesitation revolves around factors such as lifestyle adjustments, family relocation, and settling into life in England,” states the report.

“The midfielder is known to value stability and is keen to ensure that any potential move aligns with his personal and professional ambitions.”

However, Arsenal are confident that they will be able to convince the midfielder to join Mikel Arteta’s side.
