According to the Telegraph, Al-Nassr will be aiming to sign Moises Caicedo from Chelsea this summer.
Now in his second season at Stamford Bridge following a £100 million move from Brighton, Caicedo remains one of the Premier League’s most expensive players and is reportedly high on Al-Nassr’s wishlist as they plan their next round of marquee signings.
The Saudi club, who brought in Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United in 2023, have since added the likes of Aymeric Laporte and Jhon Duran – the latter joining from Aston Villa for £71 million in January – and are looking to strengthen their midfield options further. Caicedo is seen as an ideal addition.
Still under contract until 2031, the 23-year-old Ecuadorian would likely command a fee in excess of £100 million. He has been a key figure for Chelsea this season, starting every Premier League game as the Blues push for European qualification and target the Europa Conference League trophy.
With that in mind, the Blues are expected to resist Al-Nassr’s attempts to make the transfer happen.
