AC Milan are reportedly circling Chelsea’s on-loan defender Renato Veiga, with the Portuguese talent catching the eye during his loan spell at Juventus.
According to Calciomercato, Milan are considering a summer swoop for the 21-year-old, who’s shown real maturity and presence in Serie A. Originally brought to Chelsea as a left-back, Veiga has seamlessly slotted in as a centre-back at Juventus—impressing under both Thiago Motta and Igor Tudor.
Despite his growing reputation, Juventus are unlikely to pursue a permanent deal. Veiga was only brought in to cover for the injured Gleison Bremer, who is set to reclaim his spot next season.
