Combate Global’s ‘Combate Female’ event will have six fights next week

Drake Places $200k Bet On UFC 317 Main Event

Combate Global is letting its female roster carry its upcoming card.

The March 13 event will be an all-women show called “Combate Female” and it will have six fights live on YouTube starting at 8 p.m. ET.

In the 130-pound catchweight main event, Maritza Sanchez takes on past Invicta FC and Cage Warriors competitor Kate Bacik (5-2). Sanchez is 6-1 competing for Combate Global having spent her whole pro career with the organization, while Bacik makes her Combate cage debut.

The co-main event sees atomweights Janet Garcia (3-0) and Nicole Geraldo (6-1) square off.

Combate Female also features the MMA debut of Mexican boxing standout Kenia Enriquez. The current interim WBC flyweight champion and former WBO titleholder sports a 28-1 pro boxing record and aims to impress in her first cagefight when she faces England’s Hayley Valentine (5-0).
