Eagles fans are locked in with less than 48 hours until the Super Bowl, and while that might mean something superficial to other teams, “locked in” in Philly usually means actively helping and supporting the Birds.
Whether you’re superstitious, or just a little stitious like head coach Nick Sirianni, most fans have some kind of game day routine to support their Eagles.
Not only will I be wearing the same outfit I’ve worn every Sunday since Christmas, I’ve also foregone a (much needed) pedicure and hair appointment because there’s no way I can change any thing at this point. Keeping things consistent also means my kids can’t wear their super cute new Eagles gear until after Sunday’s game — that’s just how it works.
Kylie Kelce spoke to her superstitions recently on her podcast “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce” and it really hit the main point about game day: “Life is not happening, Eagles are happening.”
